AJ Panda is committed to your satisfaction. If your items are damaged, defective, or you are simply not satisfied you may return or exchange your items within thirty days (30) after receiving your order.
The process for completing a return or exchange is as follows:
1. Obtain an RMA Number
Contact Customer Service at 1.888.808.2578 and request an Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Please be prepared to provide your Order Number when calling.
2. Prepare Items for Return Shipment
Place your items in their original packaging and original shipping box. Please include a copy of your Packing Slip and reference your RMA Number on the Packing Slip. Tape your box for shipment and reference your RMA Number and return address on the outside of the box. For your protection, we recommend that you insure the return shipment. For the safety of our employees, any package received without a return address and RMA Number on the outside of the package will be destroyed.
3. Ship Package

4. AJ Panda Processing
Refunds will be credited to your original form of payment for the purchase price along with any applicable taxes. For exchanges that are more or less than the original item, you will be charged or credited according to your original form of payment. Shipping charges are refunded on damaged or defective items. Allow 2-5 business days from our receipt of the package to process your refund/exchange and for a credit to reflect on your account statement.
Please Note: Our address is not a retail location; all returns must be shipped. No drop-offs please. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Custom Products: Returns and exchanges are available for customer products only if there is a manufacturer’s defect.
